Newark Charter School
This 60,000-square-foot, two-story facility for Newark Charter School in Newark, DE, accommodates 640 students in grades 5-8. The new building contains a large multi-purpose room, band room, media center, and computer room, as well as classrooms and administrative areas.
Messiah University Performing Arts Center
High Construction provided construction management services for this worship and performing arts center project, which is an addition/renovation to Messiah College’s existing Climenhaga Fine Arts Center.
Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Transportation Center
Built-to-suit, two-story mezzanine warehouse-style facility housing the college's automotive technology, collision repair technology, and diesel technology programs. The building's facade features High Concrete Group's new ThinCast™ rainscreen panels, a proprietary methodology for enclosing a structure with an external concrete panel over a building’s waterproof membrane layer.
Elizabethtown College - Bowers Center
High Construction completed work for a $21M project for Elizabethtown College’s new Bowers Center for Sports, Fitness and Well-being. Encompassing 81,900 square feet, the beautiful new facility encourages the well-being of students with an array of fitness and wellness spaces, including a field house with tennis courts; a basketball court; an indoor track; areas for yoga, weight training, and group fitness; sports teams locker rooms; a cafe and lounge; and a demonstration kitchen, among other amenities. It's been the largest construction project to date in the history of Elizabethtown College.
Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences
Previously occupied by Bosch as a headquarters office and warehouse, High Construction transformed this space into a new campus for Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, a 1,400-student, private four-year college. Located in Lancaster, Pa., the campus features two buildings that total 332,675 square feet and are linked by a glass corridor.
